Placing an order
Q] How can I use a coupon?
Your coupons will pop up while placing an order. You can apply them during checkout to claim the reward.
Q] Can a coupon be applied after placing the order?
Sorry, but the coupons cannot be applied once the order is checked out.
Q] What to do in case of not receiving a confirmation mail of order placement?
We would suggest you wait for 4-5 hours. In case you still don’t receive a confirmation email, feel free to contact us at support@slayxo.com and one of our teammates will soon get in touch with you.
Q] Do you take personal data while confirming an order?
No. We only take the information provided to us by you and that information is not shared with anybody else. In case of confirming an order, our team will only ask for your order number and email address.
Payment
Q] What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, some of which are Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You can also make payments through Paytm. We also accept prepaid gift cards from all the banks. Cash on delivery is also available to give you a better shopping experience.
Q] Can I send a check or money order for my purchase?
No. Unfortunately, we don’t accept any payments via the mail.
Q] Is my payment secure?
Yes. It is 100% secure. We work with one of the leading global payment providers who uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.
Shipping and handling
Q] How much does shipping cost?
We charge rupees 49 as shipping charges. On orders above 1499, shipping is absolutely free.
Q] Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Currently, we don’t offer expedited shipping.
Q] How many days does it take to ship the order?
We aim to dispatch the orders within 7-10 working days depending on the availability of items. Usually, items are shipped within a week.
Q] Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Feel free to contact us at support@slayxo.com. The sooner you contact, the sooner one of our support team members will be able to help you.
Q] I ordered multiple items in the same order, will they be shipped together?
We try to ship orders together but due to the difference in availability, ships are often made as soon as we receive items from the vendors. Hence, you might receive multiple shipments for your order.
Tracking Order
Q] Can I track my order?
Yes, you can with the help of a tracking number that you receive through an email once the order is dispatched.
Q] What should I do in case my tracking number does not move after receiving the email?
Once we ship something it may take 4-6 business days for information of tracking to be updated with initial shipping information. If after 6 business days the details are not updated, please contact us at support@slayxo.com and we can help you get to the bottom of it.
Q] What is my tracking show ‘delivered’ but I haven't received my order?
In such a case, please contact our team at support@slayxo.com and one of our team members will help you.
Q]What if I receive the wrong order?

Q] How can I get my order if I was not available at the time of delivery?
We make three attempts to deliver the order. If the product is not received in the last try it is returned back to our warehouse. In such a case, you will receive an email regarding this.
Changing the order
Q] I ordered the wrong item, can I change my order?
Once the order is shipped it cannot be changed. Items are generally shipped within 3-5 working days of placing the order. If you need help changing the order please contact us at support@slayxo.com immediately.
Q] Can I add an item to my order?
Once the order is placed you cannot add items to the same order. However, you can place another order for the purchase.
Canceling the order
Q] Can I cancel my order?
It's best to cancel the order on the same day as items are processed the next day after you place the order. Once the order is shipped it cannot be canceled.
Refund And Exchange
Q] Can I get a refund on my order?
There is a full refund if we are not able to process your order from our end.
We aim to offer refund/credit note/voucher on products which are received damaged or incorrect.
In such a case, you can contact us at support@slayxo.com.
In case of a damaged item please take a clear picture before you send it. Once we receive the return, you’ll receive an email confirming the refund details.
Q] How many days to receive the refund.?
It takes 5-7 business days for a refund to arrive in your bank account. In case of any detailed queries, you can contact us at support@slayxo.com.
Q] Can I get a new item if my item arrives damaged?
Please send a clear picture of the item within 24 hours of delivery at support@slayxo.com and we will replace or repair your order once it is received and the damage can then be assessed.
Q] My item doesn’t look like it does online.
Many of the product photos on our website are computer renderings. Please keep in mind that there might be a slight difference in color due to different computer monitor settings. The actual product may look slightly different due to photographic lighting settings.
